At first, this was simply going to be a "don't take our stuff or
else" page, but just to make extra especially certain that there would
be no troubles down the line, we assembled a crack staff of legal experts
to help us: Josie and the Pussycats, Hong Kong Phooie, and Turbo Teen (the human car).
And yes, that is the "Outer Space" Josie and the Pussycats, so
they have the added benefit of space travel and Bleep to help them out.
Now granted, we didn't acually consult any of these people, but
after decades of reruns of their show, we think we've picked up enough
legal expertise to impress even the greatest of TV lawyers. That
said, let's get down to business:
Copyright Notice
Simply put, if it's on this site, it's ours unless otherwise noted.
You don't see a notification that it's someone else's, it's ours and you
can't have it. If you take anything from this site without
our permission (and we'll just get it straight right now that you don't ever
have our permission), you'll find yourself on the receiving end of a lawsuit
and possibly a Louisville Slugger head bashing.
Legal Disclaimer
Before you go getting your shorts in a bunch about suing us over the
material contained on this site (our thoughts and opinions, or our pictures),
you should read this handy bit of info: Go ahead, sue us for this
material. To do so, you need evidence. To get that evidence, you'd need
to copy this material. We do not give you
permission to copy any of this material in any medium (as already stated
in the Copyright Notice). Do so, and we sue you. Want to test us?
Yeah, thought so.
Email Submissions
We're more than happy to read your prospective article submissions
(which you can send us from the contact us
page), or simply receive any email feedaback you may wish to send us (particularly
if you're a hot chick and want to give us the "feedback" of naked pictures
of yourself). You should be aware, however, that anything you send
us becomes ours and falls under our Copyright Notice and Legal Disclaimer.
This is not to say that we are planning to take credit for your work, because
that's not morally or ethically right. We're just saying that it
becomes our property, and we reserve the right to change your submission
in any way we see fit, or to simply refuse to post it to the site.
We hope this clears up any confusion regarding any of our legal policies.
Thanks for reading!
